Luke was an amazing host, check in and check out was super smooth and due to the time of year, Luke was able to get us early check in/late check out. The house is incredible, clean, beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Has everything you need. Walking distance to the beach and shops. The hot tub is huge! 8 of us had a fabulous weekend in a beautiful, well presented house in a quiet area of poole, it is well situated and has reliable bus routes approx 10/15 min stroll away which took us to the wonderful Sandbanks peninsular - and with easy walking into the poole harbour/quay area in about 40 minsThe Spa Tub was a real treat and great to sit in whilst it was raining !

We spent a lovely weekend here with family. The house was perfect for our needs. Very well equipped kitchen and living areas, lovely bedrooms with lots of en-suites. The outdoor kitchen and hot tub were amazing and well used.Lovely little touches like the playroom outside with a lovely selection of toys for all ages was such a bonus. Walkable into Poole and so close to the bay with playground just 2 minutes walk away.Couldn’t fault it and would definitely book again.

We make an annual pilgrimage to Dorset with my family which includes our 4 granddaughters. We know this would be an expensive property because we wanted a large house in private/beautiful surroundings and close to the beach. We were not let down by this amazing house and none of us wanted to go home. Our host Luke was very responsive all the way through from booking through to checkout and was on hand for advice about the property and amenities in particular the fabulous unspoiled beach area. I would recommend this property and would consider going back. We never visit the same place twice but may break that rule and return next year.

Luke was amazing front start to finish. We even was lucky enough that Luke offered an early check in as the house was vacant the day before.
The property was o ly a 10min walk to the beach and a 30 min walk to sandbanks beach.
The property allowed dog so Tyson was in his element with all the garden space.
The one thing I would say was for a house of 12 there needs to big bigger pots and pans as we struggled as there was 6 of us. And another minor thing would be more plastic cups to use at the hothub area.
Overall an amazing staycation and would definitely return.

I stayed here with 10 friends during a bank holiday weekend. It was one of the best weekend trips we have ever had. The house was very spacious and a short drive / walk away from restaurants, attractions, and the beach.

We had a great time playing football, sitting in the jacuzzi, and having a barbecue on our last night there.

Luke was an incredible host. Not only did he communicate well prior to our check-in, he got our Tesco delivery before we arrived. It was really nice to have everything ready in the house by the time we arrived (late on Friday evening after a long drive).

We stayed here for a family birthday celebration and were so happy we decided on this house! It is such a beautiful house with everything you could possibly need. Location is great, just a few minutes walk to the sea and massive play area for the kids.Being able to choose the bed configurations in each room was a bonus for us with a mixture of kids/couples.The very detailed welcome pack was very useful (although it was very warm on the 2nd floor and we couldn’t work out how to change that) Outside facilities are great, kids loved the garden and playroom! The only thing that would make it better than it already is would be some basic condiments, salt pepper oil. It had everything else for washing, cleaning which was great. Beautiful house would definitely recommend and stay again!
